Two weeks prior to your appointment begin using Sensodyne toothpaste twice a day. Before bed, you can take a dab of Sensodyne and rub, without rinsing, leaving a film on your teeth for better sensitivity relief. One hour prior to the appointment take 600mg of Ibuprofen, if you have no restrictions. Afterwards, continue with Sensodyne as needed.
